FounderFi Studio is live with shared-cookie Glyph SSO and a protected operator shell.

This wave only ships infrastructure, authentication, telemetry, and the Studio navigation skeleton. Generator, history, keyframes, templates, gallery, dashboard, and settings land in the later waves.
